Our Approach

We aim to deliver an exceptional level of service to our Clients. We want them to be thoroughly satisfied and happy with the outcome of the projects with which we are involved so that they will use our services again and tell others positively about us. In order to achieve this, we consider a number of issues to be important:-

  • One of our Directors will always stay in close contact with our commissions and either a Director or Regional Managing Surveyor will be involved on a day-to-day basis.
  • Where appropriate to the commission, briefing meetings will be requested with the Client at the earliest opportunity. These will be carefully minuted and all action points will be clearly annotated.
  • Internal meetings will be held within the practice to discuss the project including resourcing, programme, specific approach, responsibilities, contract requirements, documentation, Planning and Building Regulation Approvals, etc.
  • We keep in close contact with our Clients, constantly exchanging information as we progress through the project.
  • We are proactive and responsive and identify potential problems before they actually arise.
  • The progress of the project will continue to be closely managed either by one of the Directors or Regional Managing Surveyors.
  • We operate a sophisticated Quality Control System which is designed to minimise and, in most cases, eliminate the likelihood of errors being made which might expose either the Client or the practice to unnecessary risk. The system includes many model and standardised documents. It is dynamic and subject to continuous improvement procedures.
  • We will always be conscious of our core values in everything we do.
