Lawson Queay Chartered Surveyors were appointed to assess the school premises and prepare a schedule of condition of the building fabric. This schedule of condition was then utilised to prepare a forward maintenance plan so that the school could budget for its future maintenance liability in relation to both the internal and external structures as well as landscaping.
