Lawson Queay Chartered Surveyors were instructed to provide consultancy services in relation to the provision of 4 No. Classrooms and a Multi-Function Hall. Our involvement included liaison with the project architect, mechanical and electrical designers and the scheme quantity surveyor. As the project was adjacent to areas of high ecological value, consideration had to be given to wildlife protection measures.
