Special Care
Special Care is a growing market for the Practice and we now work for a number of Non-Profit and Charitable Organisations providing Special Care for People with varying needs. We have been involved in the provision of facilities ranging from those offering Close and Special Care for a small number of Residents through to Dementia Care Dwellings providing homes for in excess of 100 Residents.
We have developed Projects on both a Traditional and Design and Build basis, offering associated Services such as CDM Co-ordination and dealing with Party Wall matters. Depending on the in house experience of the individual Client, we have also provided full Development Advice and
Feasibility Reports, where this in house experience is unavailable.
