CDM Co-ordination Services
We have been providing CDM Services since the introduction of the CDM Regulations in 1994 and subsequent amendments. We therefore have significant experience in delivering the duties required of the CDM Co-ordinator as well as assisting our Clients in ensuring that they are also well aware of their significant duties under this legislation.
We have detailed procedures which protect our Clients as well as ensuring that our duties are satisfactorily discharged, which is extremely important in light of the statutory obligations placed on Clients and the associated penalties.
Our detailed and in depth knowledge of design and management of construction projects assists us greatly in the delivery of this service.
