We monitor costs at all stages of any project. As soon as any proposals are available, we produce an initial cost plan, which is regularly updated to ensure that we and the Client are fully aware of the cost position at all stages of the development. This ensures that we are able to forecast costs and control the final account figures.
We are fully aware that one of the most important issues to many of our Clients is predictability of cost. We therefore see one of our key roles as ensuring that the information provided to our Clients is as accurate as possible and they can then have confidence with regards to their financial commitment.
