Over recent years, the protection of the environment and the world around us has become increasingly involved in the construction and development sector. We identified this as a challenge and an opportunity some years ago and we are now able to offer ecology surveys to a variety of Client groups that are interested in the redevelopment of sites.

This is extremely important, as the identification of certain flora and fauna can have significant impact on programme and costs either due to mitigation, translocation or taking account of their seasonal cycles.

We can provide initial walkover inspections to identify any potential problems which may affect the proposals which Clients wish to consider, this could relate to the size of development, programming or associated costs which may have a significant effect on initial feasibility reports and final proposals.
