Planning and Building Regulations Applications
As part of our design process, we are able to develop feasibility drawings to obtain statutory approvals with regards to the local authority building regulations and planning requirements.
In addition to the required drawings and plans, planning applications now need to be supported by many other documents, such as design and access statements and specialist reports and we are able to produce these or co-ordinate with the specialist to ensure that the appropriate information is submitted at the correct time and approvals are achieved in a timely manner.
