Project Monitoring
Project monitoring varies considerably from scheme to scheme and as a practice, we strive to achieve the most appropriate role for any individual project. This service extends from a simple monitoring of valuation works on site to basic project management, which we have described in more detail under other services.
In general, our skills as project managers are delivered during our project monitoring roles. This includes commenting on suitability of design, carrying out site inspections to achieve the necessary quality and undertaking valuations of works at pre-agreed intervals.
