Reinstatement Valuations
Valuations generally are a specialist area of work and reinstatement valuations are specifically detailed with regards to the works and costs which can be included therein. We therefore follow RICS guidance notes when preparing such valuations and our experience of construction works, quality, construction methods and redevelopment enables us to provide detailed and accurate assessments. The valuations consider the cost of the building, as well as assessing construction periods, planning periods, lead in times and any necessary demolition to establish accurate and realistic re-building costs etc.
