Reports and Expert Evidence in Dispute Situations
As a Practice we regularly receive instructions from our Clients and Solicitors who unfortunately find themselves in a dispute, whether this be over building works or legal issues. As a practice we understand that these situations are extremely stressful for all involved and it is very important that clear, concise and timely advice is given.
We are also fully aware that any reports or advice that we give may be used at some point in the future for legal proceedings and that this must therefore be given and presented in an appropriate manner.
The extensive experience and knowledge within the practice enables us to deal with both legal disputes relating to boundaries, party walls and certain lease agreements as well as dealing with building contracts and building works in respect of quality and specification. We are aware of and operate within RICS guidelines when dealing with such matters.
