Through our extensive experience of understanding construction methods, materials and specifications, we are able to forecast the life expectancy of these elements and materials and provide accurate current day replacement costs which are adjusted by forecasting cost for renewal in line with the timescales for replacement.
This provides our Clients with an overall view of their potential cost commitment throughout the life of the building, assisting with revenue and capital expenditure planning for their business.
