This design and build project was procured by Lawson Queay Chartered Surveyors on a turnkey arrangement. The Scheme required the demolition of an existing building on the site, which had significant quantities of asbestos. In addition, careful liaison had to be undertaken with the local airport as the tower crane employed on the site was situated directly in the local airport’s flight path.
