External Decoration Programme

Lawson Queay Chartered Surveyors were instructed to assess property in the Town Council’s ownership and prepare schedules of work for repairs and redecorations as part of a maintenance programme. By including for a number of buildings within the programme, Lawson Queay Chartered Surveyors were able to obtain value for money on the contract.
