Gochers Laundry, West Sussex

This project involved the relocation of laundry operations from dilapidated premises to new purpose built surroundings. Lawson Queay Chartered Surveyors provided advice on achieving the laundry function within the new building and also produced detailed drawings for statutory consent. Our role was extended to also include construction monitoring through the contract period.
