Lawson Queay Chartered Surveyors were appointed to assist the Client with the redevelopment of this site. The site was under-utilised and had a poor quality block of flats situated upon it. In partnership with the scheme designers, Lawson Queay Chartered Surveyors provided their expertise in the provision of Care Home facilities to deliver a design with flexibility for changing care needs. The finished building incorporates private residences with social/communal spaces and an internal courtyard garden.
