Contract Administration
On traditionally procured projects, the role of Contract Administrator is delivered by both our Quantity Surveyors and Building Surveyors.
Together they can provide a detailed approach with regards to the design, specification and cost control necessary on projects where it is unlikely that there will be a fixed price contract and invariably the development risk lies with the Employer.
