Since 1992, when the practice was first established, a large proportion of our work has been delivering the role of Employer’s Agent on a variety of design and build contracts. We have therefore developed considerable expertise in this area.
We have an envied reputation for the production of robust contract documentation and Employer’s Requirements, not only on a job specific basis, but on a Client wide basis, producing standard documentation for others to follow.
