HCA Audits
Through our role as Employer’s Agent and Contract Administrator, we have gained a great and detailed knowledge of the stages and documentation required by our RSL Clients in respect of their obligations to the Homes and Communities Agency. As part of our role as Employer’s Agent, we need to understand which documentation has to be collated and the appropriate timing of such.
We are therefore in an ideal position to audit the projects of our Clients upon which we have not previously been involved and can quickly identify where there are any discrepancies or areas which may be lacking.
Our attention to detail in producing detailed contract documentation and project requirements places us in an ideal position to execute these audits.
