Lawson Queay Chartered Surveyors were appointed to provide a detailed development appraisal on this scheme and manage the construction processes from conception to completion. The sloping site had interesting complexities to address, most notably the provision of a contiguous piled wall to facilitate the construction of the lower storeys. The scheme provides sheltered accommodation in 16 No. flats and 3 No. Bungalows.
